Hi everyone,
Ready to dive deeper into the amazing ways AI can be playful and creative? Let's check out two super-cool experiments from Google that turn art and teamwork into an awesome AI adventure!
Experiment #1: Quick, Draw!
What is it? Can you doodle a birthday cake in under 20 seconds? In Quick, Draw!, an AI tries to guess what you're drawing as you sketch. It's a hilarious and surprisingly addictive way to see how well computers can understand our scribbles!
Let's play! Head over to
https://quickdraw.withgoogle.com/
and get ready to draw your heart out. See if you can beat the AI!
How does it work? Quick, Draw! uses a massive database of drawings that people have made. The AI learns from this data to get better and better at recognizing doodles.
Activity Time!
Drawing Challenge: With friends or family, take turns drawing and guessing on Quick, Draw! Who can stump the AI with the weirdest drawings?
Poll: Did the AI correctly guess most of your drawings, even the bad ones? Let's vote!
Experiment #2: Blob Opera
What is it? Have you ever wanted to conduct your own choir of squishy, singing blobs? Blob Opera is your chance! It's a playful experiment where you control four opera-singing blobs, changing their pitch and vowel sounds to create unique harmonies.
Be the Maestro! Visit https://experiments.withgoogle.com/blob-opera and start playing. Drag the blobs up and down to change their pitch, and forward and back to change the vowel sounds they make.
How does it work? Blob Opera was created with machine learning models trained on the voices of real opera singers. The AI learned how to blend and harmonize sounds to mimic what it learned.
Activity Time!
Compose a Blob Opera Song: Can you create a short, funny song with your Blob Opera choir? Try making them sing about their favorite food or a silly adventure.
Record it! If you're feeling brave, record your Blob Opera composition and share it!
That's all for now!
I hope you had a blast exploring these AI-powered experiments. Remember, AI isn't just about serious stuff – it can be a wild and playful tool for creating new kinds of fun.
